Information you provide
When you request quotes, create or manage a provider profile, submit a review, or use commercial tools, you may provide contact information, property details, service needs, business information, and other information you choose to submit.
How information is used
We use submitted information to operate the marketplace, match requests with participating providers, display provider profiles, deliver marketplace notifications, support account and billing functions, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Sharing with providers
Request details may be shared with participating providers for matching and quoting. Customer contact information is intended to be released to the selected provider after a quote is accepted. Providers are independent businesses and may have their own privacy practices.
Private request links
Customer quote pages use unique links. Keep those links private because anyone with the link may be able to view request and quote information associated with it.
Service providers
Iguana Pros may use third-party infrastructure, hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, and email-delivery services to operate the platform. Those services process information as needed to provide their functions.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably needed to operate the marketplace, maintain transaction and service records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
